Private Outdoor Events – Terms & Conditions

A 50% payment of the total registration fee is required at the time of registration to confirm your participation in the event. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event.

We understand that plans can change, and sometimes you may need to cancel your participation in our outdoor climbing event. Please review the following cancellation terms carefully to understand any applicable fees or partial returns based on the timing of your cancellation.

1. Payment Confirmation: A 50% payment is required at the time of registration to confirm your participation in the event. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event.

2. Cancellation Periods and Fees:

• More than 7 days before the event: Full refund minus the money transfer (OMT, Whish, …) processing fees.
• 4 to 7 days before the event: 50% refund of the total registration fee.
• 2 to 3 days before the event: 25% refund of the total registration fee.
• Less than 2 days before the event: No refund will be provided.

3. Notification of Cancellation: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by WhatsApp to +9613807854. The date of the message will determine the applicable refund amount.

4. Event Cancellation by Organizers: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the climbing event due to unforeseen circumstances (such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or other safety concerns), participants will receive a full refund of the registration fee, minus the money transfer (OMT, Whish, …) processing fees.

5. Transfer of Registration: Participants may transfer their registration to another person. The new participant must meet all the eligibility requirements for the event. To transfer your registration, please contact us at +9613807854 with the details of the new participant.

6. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and special circumstances can arise. If you believe you have a valid reason for a refund exception, please contact us at +9613807854 to discuss your situation.
