U ROCK is organizing an outdoor rock climbing adventure in CHATINE on Sunday, June 25th, 2023. We will take you to the first climbing site developed in Chatine – Lebanon by the French army’s Francois Leray, Jean Luc Schmitt, and Jean-Paul Ehrhard in 1999: It is a very nice initiation site.

Chatine is located in the Batroun District in North Lebanon, around 75 km from the capital Beirut, at an altitude of 1350 meters above sea level.

Afqa is a peaceful village located in the Jbeil District of the Mount Lebanon Governorate, 71 KM northeast of Beirut. It has an average elevation of 1,200 meters above sea level.
